We accept online payments, card or cash (only €). PayPal is not available. Euro is the official currency of Croatia and cash payments in other currencies are not allowed. Cash payments are accepted only for in-person reservations without prior booking.

Same-day delivery possible in Split and nearby areas, including the airport or any location.
For the rest of Croatia, please order at least 3 business days in advance for courier delivery and return, available only on business days.

No, you do not need to pay a deposit. However, any damages, significant dirtiness, or delays in returning the product will incur additional charges.

If you collect and return to the warehouse it’s FREE of charge,

If we deliver to your address and we pick up from your address – 23,00 €

We deliver gear but you return to warehouse – 11,50 €

You pick up at the storage but we return to storage – 11,50 €

Yes, we deliver to Split Airport and any other preferred location within approximately 40 km of Split.

We do not deliver to other airports in Croatia. For all other areas, delivery is only possible via a courier service to the accommodation address, and the same applies for pickup at the end of the rental period.

The user is responsible for any damage to the product, as well as for repair or replacement costs. If the product is not returned at all, the full retail price of a new product will be charged.

Before purchasing a rental, it is essential to familiarize yourself with the General Terms and Conditions. These apply to all current and future business relationships and form an integral part of every contract.

Products available for rent are listed on our website. When selecting your desired dates, you will be able to see if the product is available during that period. However, due to high demand, actual availability sometimes may vary. Order confirmation guarantees availability.

The contractual relationship is established by accepting the offer. The terms of the General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All of our equipment is either new or in excellent condition. All our rental equipment is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each rental to ensure it is in excellent condition. If you notice any issues with the equipment upon receipt, please contact us immediately.

If you have a color preference or wish to avoid a particular color, please include this information in the note or contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your color request, depending on availability.

If you need a product that is not currently available in our inventory, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and help find a suitable solution.

The product is reserved only upon payment of the order. Simply placing an order does not guarantee the reservation until the payment is successfully completed.

You can cancel your order by contacting our support team anytime. If you want a refund, you must cancel your order at least 72 hours before your booking period starts to get a refund minus service fees. If you cancel your order within the last 72 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If the desired product is available, same-day delivery is usually possible within a 40 km radius of Split. For islands and other areas, orders should be placed at least 2 working days in advance, though more lead time is recommended.

If the product is not delivered due to incorrect information, we will resend the product with additional delivery costs charged.

You can cancel the contract under the following terms:
If you cancel up to 7 days before the rental period begins, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 7 and 3 days before the rental period, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the rental period will not be eligible for a refund.

Yes, you can modify your order, such as by substituting one rented product for another, provided the alternate product is available. Please ensure that any modifications are made at least one day before the rental period begins. If you wish to cancel part of your reservation, the same cancellation policy applies as for a full order cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.

For each day of delay, a late fee of the daily rental rate increased by 50% is charged.

Yes, it is possible to extend the rental period if the product is not already reserved for the following day. Please contact us at least one day in advance to arrange an extension and check the availability of the product for the additional period.
